Likewise, it does not guarantee the complete restoration of data deleted by users, as such data may have been deleted and/or modified during the time period elapsed since the last backup.
The services offered, except for specific backup services, do not include the restoration of content stored in backups made by BIRM Products LLC when the loss is attributable to the user. In such cases, a fee will be determined based on the complexity and volume of the recovery, subject to the user’s prior acceptance.
Data restoration for deleted content is only included in the service price when the loss of content is due to causes attributable to BIRM Products LLC.
